The difference between deals on Black Friday and Cyber Monday is not dramatic, although certain technology products may be an exception, Malefyt said.
For many items, if you see a good deal now, don’t wait to buy, Malefyt said. But it might be worth the wait if you’re shopping for electronic products.
Many shoppers wait until CyberMonday to get products in part out of fear of missing out on deals altogether, Hatch said.
“Some online retailers are likely to have their biggest online discounts on products on Black Friday and then keep the discounts over the weekend through Cyber Monday but scale back the discounts,” Hatch said, noting that the move could trigger consumer worry that deals will disappear. .
Last year, customers spend $ 10.7 billion on Cyber Monday, with toys, video games and electronics among the top-selling categories, according to Adobe Analytics.

Cyber Monday is usually associated with tech deals, and electronics still see deeper discounts on the virtual retail holiday, Hatch said.
“You can probably shop with high enough confidence on CyberMonday online that you feel like you’re getting a good deal,” Hatch said.
Many retailers, however, stick to the tradition of offering doorbuster TV deals on Black Friday.
